SMS Communication Policy

Intellectual Property Rights

Both EstateRef and its clients agree to maintain confidentiality regarding any proprietary or sensitive business information shared during the engagement. This obligation continues for one year after the termination of services.
Limitation of Liability
EstateRef is not liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.
Indemnification
Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless EstateRef from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from their use of our services or violation of these terms.
Termination
Either party may terminate the engagement at any time by providing written notice to the other party. In the event of termination, you will be responsible for all fees incurred up to the termination date. Upon termination, we will provide you with all completed deliverables, subject to full payment of outstanding fees.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Colorado. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Colorado.
Miscellaneous Provisions
- Entire Agreement: These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and EstateRef.
- Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for any delay or failure in performance due to events beyond its reasonable control.
- Notices: All notices must be in writing and sent to the contact information provided on our website.
- Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
